Exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fabulous accommodation with unbeatable setting so close to the metro, and Near a tram station for 10 minutes walk besides main road. The rooms - airy, silent with a minifridge, minibar and the bedroom.
Not so great views from the window.

Clean and perfect place with very good and courteous staff from chief manager. Had family room with a good view, comfortable beds for a great sleep, coffee pod. Delicious and wonderful breakfast for vegetarians for the start of the day.

The hotel's ambiance was vibrant, and the outdoor patio was perfect for evening relaxation. However, the confusing parking entrance made our arrival quite stressful.

perfect central location, very well for using public transport for accessing the sightseeings in Vienna. the rate that I booked was especial rate and it was excellent compare to price. (we paid almost a 2 star hotel) nice staff, good english speaking. free internet at the lobby that would be perfekt if free internet WiFi is provided in the hotel rooms, as there is in most of the 4 star hotels in Germany.

Prices are reasonable and rooms are nice and big. Beds are comfy and great.
The hotel is situated by the main road. At night time, the cars passing by create some noise which may affect sleep. However, this is due to the location and not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast is also slightly expensive and does not offer much.

Really good location, Westbahnhof and some other underground station are just a short walk away. Although we atayed there just for one night the hotel is really cool for shopping and excursions. Nice breakfast by the way, the room way rather spacy and the people at the reception were really nice.

The price is ok, the position is very good for a city trip.
This is not a 4 stars hotel. Bad neighbourhood. No free parking available, only in the garage for 12 euros/day.
